Agroforestry Training Sessions for Foresters August 2024

The Irish Agroforestry Forum in collaboration with DAFM and Teagasc delivered free Agroforestry FT8 training for foresters in Co. Waterford & Co. Leitrim in August 2024. Each session covered the rationale for agroforestry supports, the application process, farm support payment interactions, design and tree protection options. The training included field visits to established agroforestry plantations. CPD credits were also available to attendees. Thanks to all who participated in these events.
